(1)Diversity policies, goals and achievements of the board of directors:
The company advocates and respects the policy of diversification of directors. In order to strengthen corporate governance and promote the sound development of the composition and structure of the board of directors, it is believed that the policy of diversification can help improve the overall performance of the company. The selection and appointment of members of the board of directors is based on the principle of meritocracy. They have diverse complementary capabilities across industries, including basic composition (such as: age, gender, etc.), and they also have industrial experience and related skills (such as: chemical/chemical technology field, Polarizer manufacturing, engineering, financial management and investment, import and export and international trade, legal and regulatory compliance, electronic component manufacturing), as well as business judgment, business management, leadership decision-making and risk management capabilities。
